This section displays some examples of the most basic type of portraiture I offer and is comparable to Traditional, Conventional Studio Portraiture.
Although, I regard it as basic, I always strive to produce beautiful, stylish, high quality images of a person looking as good as they want to look in a way that will look great in a variety of sizes.
These can provide a lot of good, positive feelings for a person, their loved ones and their descendants in the future which makes them some of the most precious possesions.
These Portraits can be in Colour or Black & White and will merely be colour corrected and retouched to remove things like skin imperfections, unflattering shadows, excessive flyaway hairs etc.
Anything more than this can start getting into what I call "Fine Art Portraiture" which often involves a lot more time and effort to do reasonably well. Mind you, a few of the images on this page could be placed in the Fine Art category according to this definition so there can be some overlap.
There are many ways in which a portrait can be made and from the initial complementary Consultation right through to the production of the final images clients will always have the opportunity to provide input into the process.
I can do individuals, couples or groups of up to 4 people in my studio and any more people would require arranging for a larger space.
